I was pleasantly surprised by this costume. It's much higher quality than you would expect for a Halloween costume. The material is actually much thicker than you would imagine, so it kept me warm. The accessories were surprisingly good as well, especially the gloves.
I'm 5'1", 118lbs, and 34B. The S size costume fit well, but it did not fit me like it did in the picture (which I was okay with, since it provided a more coverage and my butt wasn't hanging out). The bottom of the top met the top of the shorts. Normally I wear a size 2 or 4, but I feel like a 6 or maybe even an 8 could get away with the S size. The material is slightly stretchy.
I took off a star for the price, since back in the day I paid about $60 for this. I also took off a star because I had to resew a couple of belt loops back onto the shorts--pretty minor (I'd take off only half a star for this, but it won't let me do halves).
This costume went well paired with the Lt. Dangle costume (at the time they didn't have any female Reno 911 costumes). My costume was WAY better quality than my boyfriend's, although I did pay at least $20 more for mine.
