This costume is very adorable. I'm 13, and it fits me pretty good. I'm 5'2 and weight about 118. My stomach looks flat in it, but its a little tight around the hips. I would suggest a short-sleeved tee under it because its lowcut in the back. I love it! By the way, if you are tall- this is not a good costume for you. Luckily- I'm short and it fits good.
