I purchased this costume for my husband. When we got it I immediately had him try it on, and it did not look like Sweeney Todd at all. It looked like a pair of clown pants with a bloody shirt, which is creepy in itself, but not the look we were going for. I ended up sending this product back and making a much better Sweeney Todd costume using garments from the secondhand store for about $20. Save your money and time.

I bought this for a friend to use for Halloween and when we got it, it was very large on her. That was expected since she was a small female, so I ended up using it. It was fairly good quality and I was surprised by the level of accuracy that was included. The sleeves are done very well on this costume, the materials used are also very nice. The pants are too big and the pin stripes are much wider than what is shown in this pic. You basically pay for just the top, which makes me wonder why they don't just sell the top. Im also surprised that it has lasted this long. I actually use the costume top as a pajama top and it gets washed a lot and has not shown any signs of tearing, which is quite impressive. So its fairly well constructed especially for a generic costume. Im definitely satisfied with it.

Vest was too small in length and hubby is only adverage height. Quality was fair pants fitted well. In the movie Sweeney todd was right handed this is a left handed costume, being that the blood is on the left sleve not the right oposite to the movie.

Bought this for my hubby and he's a bit on the stocky side so i went with xxl. The top part was snug and the bottoms looked too big : / It worked fine though and i love the costume and how he did himself up. We got the blade too, but the blade broke the instant he flipped it open so ti's pretty delicate or cheaply made. The scarf, we never knew how to do so we just wrapped it and dropped it. Love the movie, love the costume. Great for Halloween! Only big flaw? Was i washed it in delicate cycle and a huge rip happened on the sleeve, so it truly is a one time costume

This costume wasnt really worth 50 dollars to me. I bought it for my boyfriend, who is 6 ft and about 150lbs, with broad shoulders and a slim build. it was much too large in the waist, and the pants were way too big, he actually purchased different pinstripe pants. but the shirt, other than the size, was pretty true to the movie and made pretty well. the scarf part is garbage though.
