The perfect prop for my pirate costume! Not only was it fun to have with me, but it actually allowed you to cock the hammer and pull the trigger as if you were actually firing the pistol! Great accessory!

Thought the price was great, and you definitely get what you pay for. Buyers should note the overall "toy" feel. Definitely not a good piece for theatre, but the cost makes it perfect for a Halloween prop. Up close, the piece is clearly plastic (though looks better at a distance). It is sized fairly large in the hand, and there are no attempts at making the molded brown plastic really look authentic or hide the screw holes/ seams. But the price is low, it's light and easy to carry, and it's inexpensive enough that if you leave it at the party, you won't be kicking yourself. Happy with purchase as part of my Highwayman get up.
