Absolutely perfect. It completely made my costume. I was a little hesitant to purchase any petticoats at first since I was a little doubtful of what exactly they would add to my costume and the price seemed a little steep. Thank goodness I decided to buy it. It added some much needed length to my "St-Sinner's School for Girls" costume. The tear-drop lace makes the costume look so much more elegant and girly. I absolutely adore it. I plan on using it over and over and over for years to come. Excellent quality and true to size. Perfect. Gorgeous.

What you see is what you get. It has a lovely lacey trim that is both classy and naughty at the same time. Just enough umph to fluff up your skirt and give you a saucy edge.
