I purchased this costume for my 18 year old sister, and she ended up using it twice. She wore it for Halloween, and then had an Alice in Wonderland themed birthday party. The costume if very cute, if a little cheaply made. It is hardy enough to last through at least two parties though. It also tends to wrinkle easily. Her only complaint was that the stiff fabric and lace and gathered sleeves were uncomfortable, and at both parties, she did not wear the costume the whole night. Despite that, it is a cute costume and she was the hit of the party. The picture is from her birthday party with other guests that were dressed in theme.

Great Alice Costume!

We had to find a teen-size costume for a very tall young tween girl, and we were worried we couldn't find something age-appropriate in her size range. We sort of crossed our fingers and hoped this one wasn't too short...and we were pleasantly surprised by the costume itself--much more appropriate for a young girl than it seemed in the picture, and actually the detail of the appliques and the puff sleeves made it a more dramatic costume than the standard blue dress and white pinafore Alice. Her only complaint was the sleeves were a bit itchy, and that's easily remedied with a little lining under the elastic. We matched this up with a pair of checkboard stockings, and a cute clock purse. She looks great!
