Durable quality

Frankly I was surprised! The high quality of this costume as well as the durability were beyond my expections. I washed the costume in cold water, spun it on low heat in the dryer and it worked just fine. My 5 year old granddaughter romped and played in it all day with no burst seams or damage.

Outstanding and unique costume

My whole family dressed up for Halloween as characters from The Cat in the Hat. My 4 year old daughter was Thing 1 and my 2 year old son was Thing 2. Their dad was The Cat in the Hat and I went as the mommy from the movie. We were a huge hit. The "Thing" costumes are absolutely adorable and very unique. They are also thick and furry enough to keep the kids warm. These are very high quality costumes and they fit perfectly. I was very careful in going by the sizing chart provided on the web site. My daughter normally wears a size 4T and we ordered a small for her. My son wears a size 2T and we ordered his in a Toddler size. They all fit perfectly. Even the adult costumes which were one size fits most looked great and fit well.

Let me tell you this is a great costume, especially if you purchase it with Thing 1 and Cat in the Hat. I highly recommend it to anyone who has three children. Very comfortable and easy to care for. Don't think twice on buying this.

A great fleece costume. Make sure to size your child on the low end of the sizing chart, because the costume tends to fit snug. If needed, you can use red fleece to add to areas that are snug. The fix would be to offer this child version in a child large size to accomodate for a broader spectrum of children sizes. Still, a great costume worth buying.
