This fit my 2 1/2 year old perfectly. The material wasn't scratchy, it was quite soft & she didn't complain about it once. Simply adorable especially for the price! Totally worth it. I attached the large bow it came with to a headband since it just comes on a velcro ring.

now this dress was perfect for my daughter- she's 40 inches tall. it fit perfect! the blue bow i attached around a headband so she could where like the picture. velcro at the back of the neck so no zipper issues would occur- extremely satisfied! DOES NOT COME WITH TOTO!!!! just dress and bow- for complete costume plan to spend about $40-$65- dress 20, shoes 19, toto in basket 10, tights 9 (maybe cheaper some place else)

I bought this for my 3-year-old daughter, and she loves it! The size is fine, but my daughter is only about 30 lbs. She'll probably be able to play with it for another year. It looks like very good quality; much better than the Minnie Mouse costume she wore last year. Considering the price, I'm very happy.

Granddaughter loves it.

My 4 year old granddaughter loves the outfit. It is almost too small on her though even though she is very slim and tall. I would not recommend Toto in the basket because it looks so unrealistic and is sewn into the basket. But my granddaughter loves the Toto basket and thats what counts.
