I got this for a workmate for our fancy dress Christmas party. It looks ok, but the back is all grey, no pattern at all which is a little disappointing. For the price, I thought the quality of the plastic breast plate and mask would be better, but it does look good on. Just dont look at it from behind.

The costume looked great from the front, but the back is flat grey. I wanted to have a friend wear this for my son's birthday party and I ended up doing some serious adding to make it reasonable. Given the price, the silk screening should have been done on the back as well. It did fit a 6'2" man, so the sizing is very reasonable. The plastic pieces is just a bigger version of the typical kids ones. All in all, it was a good starting point for the costume I created, but not a good costume by itself, especially given the $49 price.

i purchase this item along with the optimus prime deluxe and megatron costume for my son's birthday party. i had family and friends dress up and put on a show for the kiddos. they loved it. we also doubled the costumes for halloween. so it was a win a win situation!
