Quality exceeded our expectations

We needed a vampire cape for our theater production and checked out the quality and price of them on line verus our making them. We found the best prices at buycostumes.com and took a chance on the quality. When the cape arrived it was far more than we anticpated. I ended up cutting off the velcro and sewed on black string to use as the tie. Velcro was scratchy
