I was concerned that the collar wouldn't hold up on it's own but it did just fine. No pins needed to keep the collar up. There are velcro pieces along the back side to keep the dress together, and the material is thin, so I had to have my daughter wear a t-shirt underneath.

Bought this for my 8 year old daughter. Size medium fits her perfectly (she's 52 inches and 68 lbs), but there is no room for growth. She loves this costume paired with the Black Widow Necklace.
