  • great cape

    Better than I expected. I got this cape for a Phantom of the Opera costume. Great quality. Its not velvet, but still very nice. It was perfect, my daughter loves it. Hope it lasts until Halloween. (meaning...she is constantly playing with it)

  • It's not velvet

    I ordered this because it was listed as a black velvet cape, and the price was good. However, it is NOT velvet, but kind of a thin crisp woven polyester or nylon. I am very disappointed, but my daughter is happy to have a black cape.
