Elf hat too small

This elf costume is decent quality and has nice rich colors. We ordered size 14-16 and the outfit fit my size 10 daughter nicely. The problem is that the hat is much too small. I unstitched the hat and tried to work with it, but there was no rectifying it to fit her small head.

CUTE CHRISTMAS ELF

I JUST GOT THIS FOR MY 10 YR OLD DAUGHTER IN A LARGE SIZE IT IS SOOOO CUTE I LOVE THE DETAIL IN THE COSTUME SHE DECIDED TO BE A ELF FOR HALLOWEEN I THOUGHT A LAID OFF ELF CUTE IDEA.I REALLY LIKE THE SHOES,AND THE MATERIAL IS NICE DOES NOT LOOK CHEAP AT ALL LOOKS LIKE A GOOD QUALITY COSTUME TO HAND DOWN TO HER LITTLE SISTER NEXT YEAR LOVE IT!!!!

Wonderful gift

When I asked my grandson what he wanted for Christmas he said an elf costume... That surprised me , I thought for sure he would tell me a bycycle.. But Nope he wanted an Elf costume. I bought the costume from your company and you shipped it very quickly. Well his mom called me to ask if he could open his present early because they were delivering gifts to friends and neighbors today and doing all kinds of elf things. Well , I have never seen a kid so happy. He just loved the costume and his mom said it was sooo well made and he looked adorable in it. You know how every year you find a gift that is just perfect for someone and that just makes your Christmas! Well this elf costume was that gift this year. Thanks for making this grandmorther Christmas so perfect. Who would have thought an elf costume would be the greatest gift of all... Don't have a photo yet but will ad one soon
