looks just like it does in the picture but better. it kinda looks like a headband in the picture but it's actually an adjustable elastic strap that goes underneath your chin.

Bought this to go with my Vegas Vixen Costume, SO CUTE. I was expecting some light cheap glittered top hat but this one is really heavy and It looks durable. I can't wait to wear it to work!! :)
