I bought these for a werewolf costume, and since I've wore costume fit fangs before (different brand) I thought they would look great. The fangs look very realistic however I was very disappointed when attempting to prepare and apply them to my own teeth. With other brands I've tried you only have to mix the compound and apply - very easy, however with these you have to boil water and melt little plastic pellets to form the molding appliance. It was hard to get the plastic to the right consistency and apply to the fangs, the plastic gets hot and kept burning my fingers. By the time I placed the compound inside the fangs it started to crack because it cooled down and it just fell apart in my mouth. I followed the detailed instructions and repeated about 5 times before I gave up. Not worth the money, aggravation, or time.

Just from personal experience after the fact...read the instructions CAREFULLY. You can actually take these teeth out after about 10 minutes...for those special occassions like eating, drinking and smooching. So it's 5 minutes set and then 10 minutes in, the follow instructions that show you how to wiggle them off your teeth and then you can put the back on at any time. The important part is the initial 5 minutes and making sure your mouth is dry (where they say to use a finger to push your lips up away from the teeth while the mixture hardens).

Required a lot of work to get them custom fitted. Hard to eat or drink with.
