  • cute but run big

    I got size 1-3 for my 2 !/2 year old and they were slightly baggy on her but maybe she's just tiny. They would definitely be too large for a one year old. Good for the price though

  • NECCESSITY... OKAY

    to complete my daughter's Dorothy costume- these are the PERFECT white! my daughter is 40 inches tall about these run long which make them baggy... u will have to fold these under foot! overall match for costume: GREAT!!! you could save $ by going to local dept store- i'm just addicted to online buying! :)
