I don't usually write reviews but I am so happy with my purchase and with customer service that I just had too. I recieved a confirmation as soon as the order was placed and then another when the product was shipped with a tracking number so that I could track the package. It just got better from there because I never even needed to use the tracker because the shoes arrived 3 days after I placed the order! Theses shoes are comfortable and are made better than I would have imagined. They aren't delicate like some cheap plastic. The only thing I would say to note is that the shoes strings aren't the same as in the picture. They arrive with white shoes strings, but are easily dyable. I acutally preferred it so that I could dye them yellow. : ) I will definately order from them again. Hope this review helps.
