This hat does 2 things that other low-priced witch hats don't (I've looked around!). 1) it stays on! 2) is generally stays sticking up instead of flattening down on your head. Of course, it is not super-nice fabric but it certainly looks good enough! I would say it is the best one I've tried on for under $15.
