This costume is the worst costume I have ever purchased off buycostumes. Usually the quality is fantastic and you get what you paid for, but this is cheap. The material isn't even fabric but plasticy rubbish. The ribbon is so poor quality its see through. The skirt ties up at the back and leaves a huge gap. The only quality thing is probably the underpants, but who really cares about that. I would suggest spending the extra $10 and getting something worth it.

I loved this costume. The top is very thin but looks super cute. I wear a size 7 and have a 34D and the medium fit perfectly!!

My daughter Jess picked out this costume for a Fancy Dress / Halloween party. It fitted her perfectly and she loved the cute knickers that came with it!

Worth what you pay

I bought this costume on a budget, thinking it was the cutest costume on this site under 30$. I am 5'7, 150 pounds with a slightly thicker waist and the costume fits well. Because of my height, the top shows my belly button but I am wearing a black tank top underneath to solve that problem. The skirt is adorable, and the bloomers underneath are just darling. Word of caution, the top is tough to get on, particularly over the chest area, but once its on it stays put. The ribbons are much lighter pink than the picture shows, and aren't actually used to tie up the top; just for decoration. Overall this is a good costume, average-good quality, and certainly more than worth the cheap price. It took 9 days to reach my doorstep (minus two weekend days), but certainly not at the fault of buycostumes.com; they shipped my costume the day after it was ordered. Excellent service there. UPS on the other hand was a bit slow, but c'est la vie!
