Shoe cover has elastric strap on the bottom to go around the underside of your shoe, to help hold shoe cover in place, and velcro closure in the back near the heel. We recommend that you wear this with a relatively sleek style of shoe, it may not fit around any style that is bulky or chunky or has a very large (thick or tall) heel. These run a bit small.

These shoe covers are a cheaper alternative to the red Dorothy slippers. I used them for my daughter's shoes and they looked great!

This was intended to be used as a decoration, a mock Wicked Witch of the East legs and feet to go under Aunty Em's "house". It worked great as a decoration, but does not meet the expectations if it were to be used as ADULT shoe covers. I have a size 9 foot and there was no stretch in the product at all! A friend with a size 8 foot, which is pretty average for female adults, could not fit into it!

Great if you have small feet smaller than a 6 in womens. If you like that bows falling off in the first 15 minutes of trick or treating. Can wait to waste some money on claim to fit adults and fall apart on

I actually bought these to go with the devil costume because I don't want to pay $30.00 on a pair of shoes just for halloween and they are a adult size and they don't fit on my 8 year old daughters shoes well I would hate to be trying to put them on my shoes but they are a great idea!

I purchased Wizard of oz Ruby shoe covers and they were the perfect touch to my daughter's outfit. They added the perfect sparkle. She received many compliments. Thank you.
