Title: DON'T DO IT! Buy Glowbies instead!

I was so excited about receiving this product and ordered it in two colors, blue and pink, to sport while outside at a New Year's Eve event. Even in my dark bathroom, although there was a slight glow, you could barely tell it was in you hair.
It was very, VERY sticky and also very clumpy. It was next to impossible to stir all the powder into the gooey liquid completely. Then, because of it's consistency, it was hard to put in the hair. They give you a little plastic applicator to "paint" it on, as it's not even close to enough to apply to your entire head of hair. we tried "highlighting" bits here and there and ended up with gooey mess, made our hair look like it was dirty and greasy and just made an awful awful mess. it also stains clothing, is gross to touch, and it didn't even show up at a street party - held at NIGHT. I thought it would glow a LITTLE, instead it was a disgusting, crusty and gooey mess and we all had to take showers before midnight because it was driving us crazy having that nasty stuff in our hair. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, get the Glow-bies! They are much cuter and the white shows up really well.
