Great boots. First pair had a broken zipper. One call to company and they shipped replacements out and I got them in 2 days. They make being a Santa a great time. They also paid return shipping. Ya can't get much better than that

Too tight at the top

I love these boots, and they are very good quality, BUT....I have a good quality Santa suit, plush, that I also got from you. And the pant legs of the santa suit won't fit into the boot. I tried everything I could think of, and I would have had to leave them unzipped half way in order to use them, Whoever designed them obviously didn't think about the santa suit legs having to fit into the boots. Unfortunately, since I am at an APO address (in Germany) it would cost too much in postage to return them....almost as much as the boots themselves. So, I'm stuck with them.

Sent two different size boots in box. then after wearing the boots twice the zipper broke. I ordered another pair and the first time I wore them the zipper broke again.

good quality boots, they are a little narrow in the calves, but not bad as long as your claves are not to big. The white fur has a velcro strap to close the white fur around the zipper, but it only closes the bottom of the fur and not the top so the zipper still shows through. Also, if you are going to do a lot of walking I would recommend an insole. Other than that these really are a nice pair of boots

Overall, very satisfied with these boots. Other than there is a large gap at the top where the faux fur is separated by the zipper, which is is not a functional problem, but a visual one, I have nothing negative to say about these boots, These boots might not work well for someone with large calves.
