After 2 other Halloween costume crisis, i had a day to order my new costume. So i did a quick search and landed on buycostumes.com. I found the costume i was looking for! and at a reasonable price! I placed my order with a friendly staff and was reassured that my order will come on time and it did! I got my costume the next day like promised. And even better, it was a good fit! I had a lot of compliments on my Cleopatra costume all night :)

Good Costume

This costume is very beautiful and for the most part fits true to size. I got an XS because even though I'm well endowed in the bust and behind, I do have small frame. The bust was actually a little big! The skirt was short but manageable. The cape was a nice factor, but the belt was a little annoying (kept on riding up). I did win a prize for this costume so over all a good buy!

Fit well, the cape around the neck was a little itchy, but otherwise totally comfortable, looks great. The tie on the top makes it so you can make it fit perfectly and the scrunchy bottom also makes it comfortable like you're wearing pajamas and fit well, but it looks great too. I wore the skirt high waisted, about an inch bellow my belly button which makes it a little more conservative if you're feeling self conscious about your stomach. Overall it is work the cost, looks good and I loved wearing it!

This costume is really nice. My body is smaller on top than bottom, so the top fits loose. The picture doesn't seem to show this, but the skirt does have slits on the sides and do go up pretty high. I am 5'3 and the skirt is about 6 fingers above my knee.The fabric is a little see-through. I didn't like the fact that the belt ties at the back and if you don't plan on wearing the cape (such as me), it makes the outfit look cheap. After having the costume altered due to the top being too loose and having the belt sewn on the skirt it should look fine. Overall, really good costume!

Versatile Sizing

The halter top on this costume ties at the neck and at the back, great to get the sizing right. Also, the skirt is stretchy and would fit a wide variety of shapes and sizes, very forgiving. Both pieces are very thin and require something under them. My daughter just wore a colored bra under the top and white swim suit bottoms under the skirt. A cute choice!

Great costume! Came really fast and the quality of the material was surprising. Very happy with my choice. The wig really adds to the costume and I recommend buying it along with the outfit

I do like this costume, the quality is good and very similar look as pictured. However, if you're a small frame (petite), XS/Small size is a little big for you. In my case, I'm 5'2", 106 lbs, the skirt and halter top are a little loose. I should have known that since I usually fit well in XS only. Overall, it is a great costume if it fits well. Too bad I have to return it. I bought another costume: Nile Queen Adult Costume in XS instead and it fits perfectly.

Amazing Cleopatra Costume

I wore this costume last year for Halloween 2009. I wish I could wear it again this year! Very sexy but definitely not skimpy. I wouldn't normally wear my stomach out but this outfit made me feel completely comfortable and the skirt was a nice length as well. My boyfriend of a few years was unusually shy and nervous around me when he first saw me in it. He quickly recovered though;-) Everyone who saw me in it absolutely loved it. It's a great price and the quality is good for everything you get.
