My daughter wanted a groovy costume for her freinds costume party,unlike my 4 year old,she's dosen't like to dress up.This suprsied me that she wanted to buy a costume instead of just wearing a plaid shirt and a western hat and call it a cowgirl.She said these words,"Okay,get me a costume for her party.Something,a cat,witch,flapper,hippie or something like that." I bought her this costume because it looked cute and would most lilkey fit an eight year old. The costume The sleeves were a little bit to long. You can put on tights leggins or something underneath it if it is cold.The head band has good quality. It can easily be tied. The fabirc is light and could make your daughter cold oon her legs,the skirt [according to my daughter] felt weird at the top and annoyed her.The top alos made her cold with the light fabric,air swept throught the open sleeves.Cute flowerd pattern.My daughter said it was a cute pattern,also. We like the costume it was not the best for the party,we will fix it up and keep it so she could were it for halloween.

This dress looked great on my 7 year old. Lots of compliments. I had to buy everything else to go with it, though.
