Fun and sexy but odd sizing

I bought this version of the Poison Ivy costume because it looked a bit sexier. When I got it I tried it on and it was Really short, I got a small because I'm thin, but being tall made it awkward so I have to wear shirts underneath. Other than that I love the ivy boa and hair piece and the outfit in general is sexy. Don't forget to get a red wig, it really makes the costume work.

thank god i bought this costume early enough to make major alterations to it. first of all this costume is WAY too small.. I usually wear a M/L costume, this one unfortunately only came in medium and was so small it couldnt even zipper, also the dress is ridiculously short. I literally had to add about 4-5 inches to the bottom of this dress to make it an appropriate length. the quality of the dress is that of a piece of thin felt you buy at a craft store. the only reason i am keeping this dress is because my boyfriend is being the joker and its the cutest costume i could find. the sleeves on the arm guards are also different sizes. if you are not crafty enough to fix this dress, extremely thin enough to fit into this dress, or extremely short (i am only 5'5 and it was VERY short on me) do not buy this!!!!!!!

Great Value! Great Costume!

I bought the medium size with reservation because I thought it might be too small. I usually fit into large tops, but it fit perfectly on me (albeit you need to have at least a C chest to fill it out). I'm 5'4 so the dress was short but fit proportionally. I just got nude shorts to wear underneath. The boa is really cool but as previous reviews said the hair piece was a bit damaged...but nothing a bit of hot glue can't fix. Otherwise, a great costume that looks exactly like the photo!

Overall Worked for What I Needed

I ordered this costume last Halloween. I was going to be Poison Ivy while my husband dressed as Batman, but his costume did work, so we switched it up and I actually used this costume as Tinkerbell. Overall it was a good fit, but extremely short. I had to wear shorts underneath to keep everyone from getting a peek of my butt. The arm sleeves that came with it were also small, I had to work at getting them all the way up my arms. Also, the foam pieces on the sleeves didn't really stick out like they were supposed to, they just kind of flopped around and didn't look very good. I probably would recommend this costume to a friend, but be warned, it runs small and extremely short!

Ok i only just got my costume today, took ages to recieve it cause i live in Australia but thats alright seeing as i got another month or so before i need to wear it. The costume itself looks pretty much just like the costume, others might argue but i really like it , the colours are great. The headpiece was already broken in the box when i opened it like heaps of other people have said, but i dont see how thats a problem at all, cause you can stick all the leaf clumps throughout your hair , plus im going to get eyelash glue and use a few to decorate around my eyes (just a tip for you) the leaf boa looks and is awesome, just a bit annoying when it gets itself tangled lol The arm bands are perfect i must say But when it comes to the costume, i ordered a size smaller than what would have fit me comfortably, just because someone said that they have the same proportions as me, odered a medium and it was loose, so i got a small and it fits perfect! The only problem i have with it is that my zip wont zip :/ so mum needs to put a new one in for me, which i dont mind but it would have been good to be able to try it on properly when i got it this arvo. I would reccomend this outfit too people as it looks great, it's perfect for someone creative like me, cause theres so much you can do with it. I shall add photos when the night comes :)

I ordered this costume even after reading negative reviews and was quite surprised. it is fairly good quality and none of my costume fell apart at all throughout the whole night. it was a little big on the torso and the glovelets, which was easily fixed, and is very short but the inappropriateness of it can easily be avoided with some green tights. overall the costume turned out fantastic. it was fun to put together and even more fun to wear. received nothing but complements all night.

The costume is fairly good quality but definitely over-priced. The costume looks exactly like it does in the picture but it doesn't really fit as well as i would like it to; its a little big in the chest area and very short so you would definitely need to purchase some booty shorts. Overall its a pretty good and original costume!

Well I love this costume.. It fits really well in the bust. Although it is the shortest costume I have ever seen in my life. I will have to wear green shorts with it. I figured it would be a little short since most halloween costumes are but this is crazy short. I am 5'5 and 120lbs and I ordered a size small. The hair clip was broken when it was delivered as well..
