This costume is really a stretchy shirt and pants set. The picture doesn't show that the shirt is a hoodie--the girls hair obstructs the view. It is a good costume, could have been better with more mummy wraps. Comfortable and true to size.

Fun Costume

I was looking for a Mummy costume everywhere and could not find one until I stumbled across this website. My daughter already picked out her second choice, so she was happy when I ordered this costume. I got it a few size bigger so she can wear other clothes underneath incase it gets cold. My daughter absolutly loves it and its well made. Only negative I have to say is that it said that there are holes for the pig tails in the hood but there are not and I don't really want to cut holes into the hood either.

Didn't quite meet expectations

I bought a 10-12 and it barely fits my 9-year old so buy big if you want to put clothes on underneath. I would have definitely bought the next size up had I known. My daughter was surprised at the costume as she expected more material to hang so they must have added some for the picture (especially around the head). The head area is actually a hood and doesn't look very realistic but it will work out in the dark and with makeup. I wish the picture had more accurately reflected what the costume looks like.

Mummy Costume

Our daughter got many possitive comments on this costume, she was the hit where ever she went and even won a costume contest. She was very confortable and with a bit of makeup, no one recognized her. She loved it. Buy a size up if you think you will need to wear a snow suit or the like underneath for warmth.

After a few tweaks, it turned out cool!

First off, my daughter wanted pig tails hanging out of the attached hood too (as in the picture) We had to cut holes in the fabric to do that. Also, there are strips of fabric that hang from the legs and drag on the ground. My daughter was too tall to wrap the fabric around her feet, so we wrapped it around her leg and safety pinned it. That was for a carnival. When she wore it for Halloween, we cut those hanging pieces off and used them as ribbons in her pig tails. Warm costume!

Great and WARM!

This was a back up costume for us, thinking if it was cooler on Halloween it would be more practical to have full coverage. My 5 year old loved it! Great costume, well made, full body coverage and everyone knew what she was, even under her coat! Highly recommend it! Great value.

This costume was the best I ever bought. Perfect for trick or treating nights that are cold. The fabric was not skimpy and there was lots of room to bundle up underneath.

My daughter wore this to the school Harvest Festival and won 3rd prize. I like it because it is not too grown up like so many costumes are these days and also because it is not to scary. She was very comfy and it washes well.
