Fun but needed work

I am a size 12 on the bottom and 14 on top. This dress did not have much extra room at the waist line. It had a little give at the shoulders as there was a tie, that needed tied to stay on. The back has a low open space. I wore a black tank top under it. I could not reach the tie by myself. The cufs and neck piece were extremely uncomfortable, I did not wear them. I wore my own black choker. The elastic in the little sleeves was so tight I had to cut it, underneath the arm pit. The Jester hat was on a headband, but you could see a glue smudge on one side. I glued a rinestone over it.

Wore this to an annual banquet dinner and it was a hit!!! Worried about size but fit perfectly! Comes with everything you need so there's not much more you really had to buy.

I have bought several costumes and have been extremely pleased in the past however, this costume looks cheap and does not fit well.

The front of this costume looks good, but the back seems to be unfinished! The shoulders wouldn't stay up, material is very thin, and the gold detail seems to finish like it ran out..... very disappointed, won't return 'cos the hat is good, but there are other much better costumes available elsewhere...

Shouldve pictured the back of the dress

Costume came looking just as pictured in the front. Super cute...it's just the back of the dress that bothers me. they don't carry the bottom design throughout the whole costume...it goes into a straight cut. it's also a little on the long side. It's also a little see through on the back panel, so you might want to have a petticoat under to add pouf and some coverage...

Material is too thin, skirt if to long will need something under to make it a little puffy, back does not compliment the front of the costume.

I received so many complements on this costume. The quality was terrific for the price. The neck accessorie was a little scratchy and I didn't wear it for very long but overall this was an amazingly fun costume. You definately need a pedicoat or black nylon's underneath. It's a little bit see through but nothing extreme.I just cut some black nylon's into shorts and it worked out perfectly. I would definately recommend this costume.

Fun for Mardi Gras party!

I bought this for a Mardi Gras party and it sure ws fun! My only problem with it is that it is sheer material, except for the front panel. I needed to wear a leotard underneath and also put a black petticoat. Wore black fishnets and the costume was FUN!

Cute, but requires effort

I bought this for a Mardi Gras party. It comes in S/M or L/XL. Because of my bust size (36 D) I needed to order the larger size. It fit my bust, but was loose and baggy everywhere else. I did my own alterations and it looked really cute, but if you don't have the time, inclination, or skills to alter it, you won't get the look in the picture. You'll also need to order a petticoat because it doesn't come with one and you'll need the body or the skirt will just hang limply. It has a cute, dart shaped hem line on the front, but it doesn't continue around the back. I'm thinking of cutting it out myself and adding the gold trim all the way around to make it match. All in all, this was a cute costume that got a lot of attention, but you'll enjoy it a lot more if you have the time and skills to alter it properly.

Ballroom circus costume

I use this costume for a ballroom dance I do to Circus by Brittany Spears. Its a good costume, I can move easily in. I love the accessories that come with it it really pulls the costume together.
