The costume came to us out of the box with holes in the bodice's seams. It was a little tight, but the bloomers did not fit at all - which really didn't matter because the seams were off and not sewn properly anyway. My daughter though was ecstatic about the costume! We sewed up were we needed to and it made it through the night. Could not be worn twice though.

worst purchase ever

My daughter wore this dress tonight for Halloween and pretty much every seam on the front came apart and it came apart at the shoulder seam. We attempted to sew it back up with a needle and thread and it reripped open. This dress was a horrible purchase.

I purchased this costume for my daughter and we received the first one and it immediately ripped at the seam in the front. I thought we had a flawed dress so we sent it back and they exchanged it for a new one. We did not try the new one on until we had a party to go to. Within 5 minutes of having the dress on it ripped at the seam again. The bottom of the bloomers also split at the seam. I had to go back and reinforce all the seams on the front of the dress so she could wear it to school and to trick or treat. Cute dress but very disappointed in the quality.

great costume for my almost 9 yr old ! the stockings and gloves are a must, to completle the look. Very comfortable. only wish i had known it needed an under tool skirt to give it the flare full skirt look, like in picture. then i would have 5 stared this item. if you have a tu-tu at home, you could use that underneath =)

Really Cute Costume

Seems fairly well made (I sew). Will have to wait to see how it hold up though. Its really cute and the colors are vibrant. My granddaughter picked it out online and loved it more when she saw it in person.

This was an extremely disappointing purchase. For the price, I feel that it was very cheaply made. She has only worn it once, for a dance class party, and it is falling apart. The seams have already had to be sewn just from her trying it on, and now the bloomers have completely come apart, and the seams in the front of the dress have opened up again. She wil not be able to wear this for her school party or trick-or-treat. Very poorly constructed.

Nice costume

Costume is cute. I bought an XL for my daughter who is generally an XL for shirts. It fits her perfect. Not a lot of room to layer underneath for warmth if it is chilly where you trick or treat. She loves the costume and cannot wait it wear it. Like some of the other reviews...it is not as frilly as the picture makes it look. It is a little poofy at the bottom but that is it. The material is a soft velvety material for the body of the dress which is comfortable, not scratchy. A little pricey for a kids costume though.

I ordered this costume for my daughter and it was huge,I had to completely alter it to make it fit.There was alot of stitches missing and lots of snags when it came out of the package.The elastic in the arms was stretched right out I had to replace it as well.I've purchased many costumes from buy costumes and had good luck but this was the worst.
