Better Than Expected

Pleasantly surprised! Quite comfortable. No weird smell (although I washed before wearing anyway, on general principles, and it washed just fine on delicate setting-- nothing came apart or came loose, and didn't wrinkle--I did NOT use dryer). It could have been a bit longer, but I'm quite tall--it would be fine for most people. Very cute costume, got lots of compliments. The lace-up bodice gives a lot of flexiblility for different bust sizes--I got the XL, and was able to lace in to fit my rather flattish self.

Dress is well-made and covers well for a more modest costume. It it fitted to size. I am 12 dress size and the large just fit me perfectly.

A good choice

The Maid Marian costume is a good choice for events where you want to make a splash, but do it economically and look great. The fabric is soft, like a child's pajamas, and the bodice and arm lacings make it very adjustable.

Very good purchase

Happy with my purchase. Very flattering and true to colour. Looking forward to wearing it at the Gumeracha (South Australia) Medieval Fair this year. The only thing I need to alter is the length - I am 164cm tall and the dress will need to be taken up by 5cm. At least it is too long rather than too short. Thanks

My husband loved this costume on me! I bought it because I had purchased a Robin Hood costume for my husband. This looked like a dress that I could wear - it was quite modest, which was nice, although I did purchase a camisole to wear under it, as it's a little low cut. The fit was good and the ties on the arms and bodice made it easy to customize for my shape. Overall, I was very pleased with the costume.
