This is pretty good for a Halloween costume. It's detailed. My few complaints are that some of those details are slightly off: the main vest/hood piece is medium/dark gray (it should be white), and the glove I got did not match the glove on the picture (it didn't have the stylish cuff). Just a side note: it is pretty snug in the waist to get that svelte Ezio Auditore figure. That's more my fault than the costume's though. If you've got the v-shaped torso with the wide shoulders and narrow waist, it should fit you perfectly.

Great Value Excellent Quality

This costume is amazing, The quality is excellent and the details are amazing. Every last detail is true to the original Assassins Creed character. I love it and would recommend it to all true die hard assassin creed fans or anyone that is interested in becoming one. I truly enjoy the experience from the quick shipping to the tracking information. When I received the costume I was floored as to how great the quality of the materials was. The price was modest in-comparison to the goods received.

Great product for price

Last year we found a very similar costume for about 260. it had to be made is why. it was through a cosplay site. It looked awesome, and this year we were going to order one, but found this & decided it was worth the shot. I'm sure for the extra 150 we might have liked the other a little better. but to save that much this was 100% worth it. My guy looked great wearing it! Got plenty of compliments! the glove sent was not the one pictured, but I'm so glad cause I was planning on him not using it. looks wrong with the costume imo. the one sent was great though. a far better fit & brown which matched the cape & etc rather than being black as pictured. I would definitely recommend this :) the vest & shirt was a little wrinkled do to packaging so if you have time maybe mist it & throw it in the dryer on low heat for a few minutes:)

Fun Costume

Very fun costume. The sizing was decent. However the shirt was a nit too tight for a large. The only things I can say to make the costume a little better is to add pockets. I had to carry my cell phone on the belt buckle. Also maybe wear a knit cap to keep the hood a little higher. It was hard to see out. But all in all this was an awesome costume and I was the hit of the party. I would definaely recommend it to my friends.

Exactly what I wanted

When I do Halloween I like to go all out with my costume. Authenticity is always key for me when I buy or assemble my costume. Combining that mindset with my love of the Assassin's Creed game series, this costume surpassed my expectations. Not only did it look great, it was also very comfortable and wearable. Every piece on this costume just fits the theme of Ezio so well. If you're a fan of Assassin's Creed I strongly recommend this costume. It's quality and authenticity both, great find.

Best Costume I've Ever Had!

I have never ordered clothing items online before this purchase. I was originally going to piece-meal a Batman costume together by ordering different components online, but I was short on time and Amazon would've taken too long for that costume idea. So I found this site and this costume was on sale. I always wanted an Assassin's Creed outfit, but they've always been ridiculously expensive. The sale was something I couldn't easily ignore--especially with this site's promise of fast shipping. The costume arrived a few days before my Halloween party, and it was a big hit. Very nice costume. The hood/jacket is really cool, and the shirt was very nice. Most of the materials were also excellent. The only gripe I have was that some of the stitching wasn't done as good as one might want. A button fell off the cape/shoulder area, and those buttons weren't too secure to begin with. Other than that, very nice costume.

The best I've seen for this price level

This is the best costume I've seen in this price range for the enigmatic Ezio Auditore as depicted in the Assasin's Creed II video game. I complemented it with a trimmed full beard (as in Assassin's Creed: Revelations) which might have also helped the overall experience. Going through the details of the costume itself, note that this "kit" has some accessories. I'll describe my opinion for each piece of the costume kit regarding materials, the experience of putting it on and while wearing them, so let's start in order: 1. The shirt is made of cotton. It is not utterly thin, but it isn't either very coarse as I've seen clothes from the XVI century. IIn my opinion it is better this way, not very hot and very comfortable. I haven't washed it yet, but I will not risk shrinking it by using hot water or dryer. It fit me really well using the measurement guide. This shirt uses buttons on the front side (no strings as it should have) 2. The doublet is quite well done. In one piece you'll have what normally took 3 pieces of clothing back then. It is made of mixed fabrics, mainly cotton. It is lightweight, but at the same time it is coarser than the shirt. The red and gold lining looks amazing and it gives the clothing a touch of elegance that was important during the renaissance specially at the collar that must be pulled up slightly to show above the shirt and inside the hood. The hood keeps its form quite well (I was worried about this because it could have ruined the experience if it was too soft and would close itself to not allow good vision, but this is not the case). It has a short zipper on the front (not very nice detail, but it is functional) 3. The cape looks really nice. It is a pain to put on though :) although you get better the second and third time around. It is a very distinctive part of this costume and must be worn at the right place. In my case I had to reduce the size of the strings that keep the cape over the shoulder (it was about 2 inches too long and the cape kept shifting slightly backward). After wearing the costume all day long outdoors at the Renaissance Festival the main belt of the cape at the buckle looked stretched. The cape is fairly heavy (nice heavy, actually) and dresses you up quite well. 4. The sash is made of something like spandex (not my favorite choice for it.) In my opinion t is not wide enough as it should be. Also the velcro on the back made it functional, but not very nice. The side ribbons are just two very narrow strips of this fabric. 4. The belt is made of a molded rubbery material roughly painted to mimic the metallic parts of the assassin's symbol. It adjusts to your waist using velcro on the back. It is too weak to add any accessories to it. From the distance, it looks nice. Note that this costume comes with no baldric or belt pouches. 5. The vambrace is made of a soft leather looking fabric. The embossing is made with a rubbery substance that is also painted on it mimicking metal. It adjusts to your forearm using two belts (quite challenging to put yourself, but possible). After 2 or 3 hours wearing it and moving around it tends to shift around and out. I added a couple of leather wristbands underneath which helped prevent the shifting. From the distance, it looks nice. 6. The right hand glove is made of fabric imitating leather. It is very thin. It fits fine a 3.75" wide hand. Note that Ezio used above the wrist gloves and the picture on the costume shows this detail, however the gloves I received were shorter (just to the wrist.) 7. The pants are my least favorite part of this costume. They're made of a flexible fabric, maybe spandex, but very loose. The size is fine and it "looks" OK, but it just has an elastic at the waist and a huge boot. I had preferred to have heavy cotton pants with buttons. This will be my first replacement to make this costume better to my liking. In the mean time, it is still a great overall costume. One last comment, it would have been nice if the costume included boot toppers. The fisrt time I used it I had to put on my hiking boots and "Ezio" looked quite funny ;)

I was very skeptical about buying a costume from buycostumes. I had never used them before. Not worth what we paid for it. We had made our own hood/jacket and did a much better job. We were hoping the accessories would finish off the look. They were pretty cheap looking. Made of this molded rubber latex stuff. Not what we were expecting. I would not buy this again at this price. It should only be 1/2 the price to be reasonable for you get in quality.

Great Costume

When I was looking around for a cool costume I noticed the Assassin's Creed Ezio. I thought the costume was awesome looking however never could find much for a review online. Therefore I wanted to share my opinion. First off I started by paying $396 for a Batman costume that was suppose to be very good. This costume did not fit well and needed lots of work, so I obviously returned it and started looking for a different costume. My main worry was that I would purchase the Assassin's Creed costume and it would fall short of my expectations. This costume came and was Awesome! The Quality feels very good and the whole outfit is incredible. I felt extremely comfortable in it and the only thing it may need is a good ironing. I paired this with the Hook Boots online and this costume was complete out the box. This costume is worth the money and comes with a good amount of items, compared to other costumes on the market. Definitely recommend this costume and buycostumes.com sent my purchase extremly quick.
