I placed an order on Sept 11. I was told I would receive this item on Sept 24. Instead I received a email asking for a review. Now mind you I haven’t received the item yet. How or why would I place a review. Well this is why. I called and they said it was on back order and the order would most likely be canceled. So I was never given any of this information until I called. So I called back about 30 mins later thinking maybe I can just get a bigger size. The man then tells me the shipment will be coming in and I should have my costume shipped out in a couple of days and I would get a shipment email. Well I never received an email so I called back. They proceeded to tell me that the costume shipment changed to today and that my order would be sent out today. He also assured me we should have it by this Friday. I just called because again no shipment email was received showing the item was sent. Now they are telling me nothing has come in they don’t know if or when the item will be here and there is no way to cancel my order and they don’t have a way to send me an email on the cancellation or refund me my money so I can get another costume. My grand daughter just wants a shark costume for Halloween. I placed my order well in advance and I have no idea if I’m going to get it and either do they. But they do have my money.
